You must make sure that you can receive our e-mails. To do this, you may need to add our e-mail address to your address book, or our emails may end up in your junk mail folder, or not arrive at all. To make sure you get our emails, please add this address to your contact list: alejandro @ easy-spanish.com - If you're not sure what to do, you can find detailed instructions below, showing you how you can make sure your free gift gets through safely. Just locate the e-mail client you use (for example, Yahoo! users follow the 'Yahoo' instructions) and follow the steps.

GMail Users

If you're using GMAil, here's how to receive our mails:

1. Click the More Options link. It's on the title line of the e-mail, over on the right, next to the date. (If you see "Hide Options" instead, then you already have the extra options visible and can just skip this step.)
2. When the extra options are visible (just below the subject line), click the Add sender to contacts list link.
3. Alternatively, you can just send an e-mail to alejandro @ easy-spanish.com and that will add the address to your Contacts list automatically. Even if the e-mail you send doesn't get through (for whatever reason), the act of sending it does the job of putting the address into your Contacts list--and that's what counts.

Hotmail & Windows Live Users Check Inbox AND Bulk Folder

If you're using Hotmail, here's how to receive our mails:

1. Go to the 'Options' page 
2. Under the 'Mail Handling' section, click 'Safe List' and add alejandro @ easy-spanish.com into the 'Type a single e-mail address (or domain)' field
3. Click 'Add' then click 'OK'

Yahoo! Users Please Check Inbox AND Bulk Folder

NOTE: Yahoo Services are often unreliable. It sometimes takes hours or even up to 4 days to get a confirmation email from yahoo. If you do not get one in 5 minutes, resubmit on the previous page and enter a non yahoo email you have that use frequently.

Here's how to add us to your Yahoo whitelist:

1. Open your Yahoo mailbox
2. Click "Mail Options"
3. Click "Filters"
4. Next, click "Add Filter"
5. In the top row, labeled "From Header:" make sure "contains" is selected.
6. Click in the text box next to that drop-down menu, and enter the address alejandro @ easy-spanish.com in the "From" line of our e-mail message (Please select the e-mail address from the list provided)
7. At the bottom, where it says "Move the message to:" select "Inbox" from the menu.
8. Click the "Add Filter" button again.

AOL Users Check Inbox AND Spam Folder

If you're using AOL, here's how to receive our mails:

1. Go to "Mail Controls"
2. Select the screen name we're sending your e-mail to
3. Click "Customize Mail Controls For This Screenname."

For AOL version 7.0: In the section for "exclusion and inclusion parameters", include this domain: Easy-Spanish.com 
For AOL version 8.0: Select "Allow e-mail from all AOL members, e-mail addresses and domains". Then.

1. Click "Next" until the Save button shows up at the bottom
2. Click "Save."

Outlook Users

. Select 'Contacts' and then "New Contact"
. Type in alejandro @ easy-spanish.com in the 'Email' field.
. Select 'Save and close'

SpamArrest Users

. Click 'Senders' then select 'Add Email Address'.
. Type in alejandro @ easy-spanish.com in to authorize the change.
